                              MemoServ

                          List

Command syntax:

     /memoserv   LIST

Command description

This command will allow user to view  the  list  of  memos.

The contents of the memos will not be shown here but will

show who has sent the memos and each memo is numbered

serially from No. 1. It will also include information such as

the time it was sent and the current status of each memo.

Command example

Each time an user joins IRC and identifies to his/her nick,

there will be a message telling the user how many new

memos are in the MemoServ database. The user can use

the following command to view the list of Memos:

     /memoserv list

Special requirements

The user must use the correct nick and identify his/her

nick to NickServ before the use of the LIST command.

Comments

The LIST command will only display the first 20 memos.

If there are more than 20 memos, the user will require

to delete some of the earlier memos in order to view

the others.

The status of each memo in the list will either be NEW,

or READ, or simply marked as DELETED.
