Read
Command syntax:
/memoserv READ <memo number>
Command description
To view the messages contained in the list of memos,
the user will require to select the memos he/she wants
to read as listed by using the LIST command. It is
possible for the user to read more than one memos at
one time.
Command examples
1) If the user has 8 memos in the list and he/she wishes
to view the content of the 7th memo, he/she would
just type the following command:
/memoserv READ 7
2) If the user wishes to read the contents of more than
one memo at one time, for example, reading memos
Nos. 3,5,8 with just one line command, he/she would
type the following command:
/memoserv READ 3,5,8
Special requirements
The user must be using the registered nick at the time
he/she uses the command and that only memos for the
current nick can be READ.
Comments
All memos will be deleted after 7 days, regardless of
whether they have been read or not. To find out the
<memo number>, the user has to use the LIST command
first.
