                      Register

Command syntax:

/chanserv  REGISTER  #channel  Password  Brief_Description

Command description

This command registers a channel in the ChanServ database, 

records the channel Founder's password and keeps a record

of the channel description. The channel description can be

viewed by using the command: 

      /chanserv  INFO  #channel

Command example

If the user wishes to register a channel called #Sibuop and

uses the password Go0DPass, then he/she will type:

/chanserv REGISTER #sibuop Go0DPass A Discussion Room

Special requirement

1) The user must be using a duly registered nick and has 

    identified to the nick;

2) The user must be in the channel he/she intends to register

    and be given @op by ChanServ (this can only happen if 

    the channel is not already registered by someone else).

Comments

The channel password is Case-Sensitive and you are advised 

to write it down somewhere only for your own reference. 

Guard this password like your favourite treasure or else you

may have to learn a tough lesson.
