Command syntax:

     /chanserv  SET  #channel   TOPICLOCK  Founder

     /chanserv  SET  #channel   TOPICLOCK  SOp

     /chanserv  SET  #channel   TOPICLOCK  OFF

Command description

These commands allow the channel Founder to moderate the

channel topic as desired. The "Founder" option will moderate

the channel topic to allow only the channel Founder to change 

the channel topic. The "SOp" option will allow only the channel

Super Ops and Founder to change channel topic. The "OFF" 

option is to allow channel Founder to toggle the TOPICLOCK

setting to off position if TOPICLOCK is already set for the

channel.

Command example

If you are #Sibuop channel Founder and wish to moderate the

channel so that only Founder can change channel topic, the 

command is:

      /chanserv  SET  #sibuop  TOPICLOCK Founder

The command for allowing only Founder and SOps to change

channel topic is:

     /chanserv SET #sibuop TOPICLOCK SOP

If channel Founder wishes to turn off the topic moderation,

the command is:

     /chanserv SET #sibuop TOPICLOCK OFF

(while TOPICLOCK is not set, and if channel mode +t is set, 

  then only channel Operators can change channel topic. If

  the channel mode +t is not set, then any user may change

  the channel topic)

Special requirement

The user of this command must first identify the channel

password to chanserv. 

Comments

The TOPICLOCK command will also perform KEEPTOPIC

command. If TOPICLOCK is set to channel, then there is

no need to set KEEPTOPIC since it is already active.
